Membership, personalisation and transfers
Non-members may need an FC Porto account for released sales and use the free digital Cartão de Acessos in the phone wallet. Paper and PDF tickets no longer apply to non-members. Sócios may still enter with the Sócio card. Tickets are named. Ordinary tickets are personal and not freely transferable. For 2026/27 a Lugar Anual may be ceded only to another Sócio aged over three, not to corresponding members. Access is refused if membership dues are not in order.
Official routes and other offers
According to the club, all tickets run through the club-owned platform. Hospitality through boxes, the VIP Tribune and Business Match Day is a separate corporate route, not the public ticket shop. A Lugar Anual seat can be released only through the official platform to the club, not from holder to holder.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
FC Porto does not provide a general third-party resale route. For club-enabled Lugar Anual seats, the holder can release the seat through the official platform. The release is irreversible even if the seat remains unsold. The club handles any subsequent sale. There is no holder-to-holder resale. The function applies to Estádio do Dragão matches and only in the website personal area. MatchVisit shows no live inventory.
