The InViola Premium Card is the fidelity card for Franchi tickets and season tickets. It opens priority windows and can keep local-stand purchase open if the authorities restrict sales. It is not always required in vendita libera. The 19-match 2026/27 season ticket required the card. Name-change for singles is allowed only when the fixture notice says so. For Pisa in Coppa Italia it is barred. Official season-ticket resale and Viola Ticket Swap are not a marketplace for ordinary singles.

Official routes and other offers

Ordinary home match tickets run through acffiorentina.com, Fiorentina Point at Via dei Sette Santi 28r and Vivaticket. TicketOne is not a named channel. That is not the ticket shop of Milan, Inter, Juventus, Napoli, Roma or Lazio. Corporate hospitality at the Franchi is a separate club route. Entry needs the named title and photo ID that shows residence. The Pisa notice and the T&Cs exclude a driving licence. Do not buy on unofficial platforms. The club says it will not answer for those purchases.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. The Pisa notice allows matchday tariffs from 09:00 until the end of the match. Fiorentina Point has weekday hours and extra matchday opening. That is not a remaining-ticket claim. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it. The Serie A home match against Napoli was not yet on sale on the check date.
