Start with Genoa's official sale route and the conditions for the specific fixture. MatchVisit has no live inventory and sells no tickets.

Membership, personalisation and transfers
Tickets are nominative. Purchase requires a valid identity document or a photocopy. DNA Genoa is required for a 2026/27 season ticket and is the card the title is loaded onto. For Frosinone the club does not name it as a purchase requirement. Season-ticket holders can put the seat into official resale until the eve of the match. Direct name-change is only to another fidelity-card holder with the same rights. Under-14 complimentary tickets are only at the Porto Antico Ticket Office, not on matchday.
Official routes and other offers
Ordinary home match tickets run through genoacfc.it (shop genoacfc.vivaticket.it), the Ticket Office at Via al Porto Antico 4, the Genoa Store in Chiavari, authorised Vivaticket outlets and, when open, the stadium cashiers on Via Jeanne Monnet. The club does not name TicketOne. That is not the ticket shop of Milan, Inter, Juventus, Napoli, Roma or Lazio. Official season-ticket resale is not a general marketplace for ordinary singles. Do not buy on unofficial platforms.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. For Frosinone the club names the usual channels and resale until the eve of the match. The Via Jeanne Monnet stadium desk follows kick-off time. That is not a remaining-ticket claim. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it.
