Buy directly from the club
Membership, personalisation and transfers
Access needs a valid ticket or the seizoenkaart. The stadium opens 1.5 hours before kick-off. Print the e-ticket if you can, or open it on the phone before the gate. In free sale the ticket is not personal and may be passed in the household. Risk and away tickets stay personal. Digital season cards can be reassigned for one home match or listed on the Kaartenmarkt. iDIN (or an ID upload) verifies the Mijn FC Groningen account. You cannot hold a loose ticket and a season ticket on the same name at once. Cancellation or abandonment does not create a refund right under the huisregels. Unofficial channels can be blocked. MatchVisit does not read inventory.
Official routes and other offers
Standard home tickets run through tickets.fcgroningen.nl, through the Supportersbalie at the Euroborg main entrance (Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00), and on matchdays at the infokassa next to entrance 2. The FAQ names two hours before kick-off, and elsewhere 1.5 hours before until 15 minutes after. That is not the ticket shop of Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord, AZ, Twente or Utrecht. Official transfer is the Kaartenmarkt in the same shop. ClubCard is sold in the shop or at that desk. Hospitality stays separate. Tickets outside these club routes are not the official channel.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice seats depend on the fixture. The next listed Euroborg home match on 7 September 2026 is PEC Zwolle on 18 September at 20.00, with free sale from 26 August. Ajax on 18 October is still NTB on the board. The Kaartenmarkt can return seats, but unsold offers drop two hours before kick-off. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. A listed kick-off can still change.
