Buy directly from the club

Hamburger SV sells home match tickets for Volksparkstadion to members first in the HSV ticket shop. For several 2026/27 league home matches, including Köln, the club states there is no public pre-sale. Later listed matches can still open a public window. That is on the fixtures board for each game. There was no 2026/27 members' or public sale of new season tickets. Existing seats were renewed only. Official fan clubs buy before members if those OFC members are also HSV members. Hospitality stays a separate route.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

Tickets run online through the HSV ticket shop and the HSV ID. 2026/27 seated season tickets are digital. Standing season tickets are not. The binding use rule is 13 of 17 home matches, including transfers through the HSV ticket exchange. The ATGB allow a photo-ID check. OFC tickets are personalised after allocation. Volksparkstadion opens 120 minutes before kick-off. The service centre does not sell tickets on site.

Official routes and other offers

The club keeps the HSV online shop, the hotline for wheelchair and blind seats, the member window, a possible later public sale, season tickets, the OFC window, the HSV ticket exchange, private transfer without internet platforms, and hospitality as separate routes. Viagogo and StubHub are not authorised. Ordinary home tickets do not run through the Union ticket shop or the Werder ticket shop. MatchVisit does not read inventory from any of these routes.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. Some matches stay members-only. Others later name a public window. When the shop is empty, the club points to the HSV ticket exchange for season-ticket seats. The matchday ticket box answers questions. It is not a public ticket grid. Check the current fixtures board.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
