Membership, personalisation and transfers

Once a window is open, tickets sit in the online shop or the SNP Arena fan shop, for members with a membership card. Home tickets are Print@Home or mobile only. The club does not take phone, letter, fax or email orders. Membership is a pre-sale right, not a seat guarantee. The SNP Arena opens two hours before kick-off. Away fans buy only through the visiting club. The catalog name remains PreZero Arena. The club has written SNP Arena since 1 July 2026.

Official routes and other offers

The club keeps members and fan clubs, public sale, season tickets, the online shop and fan shop, the TSG ticket exchange, ticket transfer to another person, hospitality and the matchday desk as separate routes. The exchange opens with the public sale and closes four hours before kick-off. Business tickets cannot use it. VIP day tickets against Bayern and Dortmund go to Business Seat partners first. Ordinary home match tickets do not run through the Augsburg ticket shop or the Mainz ticket shop. MatchVisit does not read inventory from any of these routes.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice men's tickets depend on that match's window and on the TSG ticket exchange. Some public sales run online only, with no SNP Arena desk. Where a matchday desk opens, it is best-available until half-time, and online can run until full time. The club acts against inflated resale. Dates can move. Check the ticket centre.
