Membership, personalisation and transfers

Each eligible account has a ticket cap set by that fixture. Tickets cannot be assigned to people without the required history. Under-14s must be accompanied by an adult. Home tickets must not be advertised or sold on unapproved third-party platforms. That can cost the membership. In the checked home example tickets are issued as digital or print-at-home. Digital passes must be on the device before entering the ground.

Official routes and other offers

The club keeps the ordinary shop, rolling membership, Ticket Exchange, club counters and hospitality as separate routes. Ticket Exchange is for members who cannot use a seat. Other eligible supporters can buy there only after the fixture has sold out. Seasonal hospitality for 2026/27 is a separate product. MatchVisit does not read inventory from any of these routes.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Eligibility and categories sit on the relevant home fixture page. A fixture can run online and by phone only, with no counter sales. Exchange listings can be pulled back until the seat is resold. Check the current fixture page.
