Membership, personalisation and transfers
League priority windows are one ticket per 2026/27 membership or season ticket. The ticket belongs to the membership. Membership covers the 2026/27 season. It is personal and cannot be transferred. Do not lend out the membership. It does not guarantee a purchase. Priority windows can change. Without a smartphone there is no entry. Tickets are NFC passes for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. A smartphone with a wallet is required, and there is no paper. Print-at-home and ordinary paper tickets are not offered for 2026/27. Digital passes must be downloaded before arrival. Download the pass at home, not at the gate. At the gate only the pass on the smartphone counts. Home tickets are for the named holder. Resale outside the club platform is prohibited.
Official routes and other offers
The club keeps the shop, Super Blues membership, season tickets, season-ticket resale, season-ticket forwarding and hospitality as separate routes. The tickets hub is the entry to memberships, hospitality and sales routes. The ticketing FAQs answer sales questions. Planet Blue also helps with purchase questions. Season tickets can be forwarded, match tickets cannot. Resale and forwarding stay reserved for season tickets. There is no online rebooking for match tickets. Individual match tickets cannot be forwarded online. Anyone who cannot use a match ticket must call the ticket office before turnstiles open. The ticket office helps where online forwarding is missing. Hospitality runs separately from the members' ballot. MatchVisit does not read inventory from any of these routes.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Resale opens with that fixture's ballot. Ballot dates sit on the fixture page. Anyone who misses out in the ballot waits for later windows and resale. Listing usually closes when turnstiles open, typically 90 minutes before kick-off. Nobody lists after the turnstiles open. A Premier League home can set a different listing deadline. A general sale is not guaranteed. Short-notice purchases need a smartphone and an account. Plan the purchase early. Late windows depend on the fixture. Dates can move without notice. Check the current fixture page. MatchVisit does not promise a ticket.
