Buy directly from the club
Membership, personalisation and transfers
There is no described paid membership required for a standard league home and no described home-ticket ballot. Season tickets were valid for the 2026/27 Celtic opener according to the club. Away fans must buy Chadwick Stand tickets from the visiting club. An away supporter who buys a home-end ticket is denied entry. Digital season passes can sit in a smartphone wallet or the TicketCo Wallet App. Women's home matches can be at Rugby Park or elsewhere, including Winton Park in Ardrossan. They are not the men's home button. Match tickets are non-transferable. The still-linked terms exclude refunds.
Official routes and other offers
Standard home tickets run through the Ticketing hub, TicketCo and the ticket office at Rugby Park, Rugby Road, Kilmarnock. Enquiries go to tickets@kilmarnockfc.co.uk or 01563 545300. Ticket-office hours sit on the hub and can change. Hospitality stays separate in the 1869 Suite, Legends Lounge and Champions Lounge. Visiting Rugby Park is travel information, not the ticket sale. MatchVisit is none of these routes. That is not the ticket shop of Celtic, Rangers, Hearts, Hibernian or Aberdeen.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice tickets depend on the Ticketing hub. On 8 September 2026 Next Match Information named no specific next home match. The league home against Heart of Midlothian on 19 September 2026 at Rugby Park was on sale according to the club. Dates can change without liability. A postponed ticket remains valid on the rearranged date. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check kilmarnockfc.co.uk/tickets/ before you travel.
