Buy directly from the club

For men's Bundesliga home matches, 1. FC Köln sets its own pre-sale per fixture, exclusive to members. A public general sale is not described as the normal path on the ticket page. For 2026/27 a member-only Early-Bird ran before the per-match sales, first for Mitglieder 20+, then in later member phases. Each home match still has its own on-sale. U25 is a separate window. The usual Bundesliga home limit is two tickets per member. 20+, U25 and member sales use pre-authentication and then a random queue into the shop.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

Membership does not guarantee a ticket. Season tickets are capped so that a day-ticket pool remains. In 2026/27 every season ticket must be used for at least fourteen Bundesliga home matches. Private forwarding and Ticketbörse listing both count as use. Home tickets are issued as a digital day ticket in the FC account. Load Wallet or PDF once kick-off is fixed. Entry is intended to be contactless, otherwise QR. From 2026/27 that also covers compatible Android phones. Concession tickets need photo ID at the stadium. Named-ticket ID checks in the terms are reserved for away tickets, not as the default home rule.

Official routes and other offers

1. FC Köln separates member sales in its own ticket shop, the club Ticketbörse, the matchday Spieltagsbörse at the RheinEnergieSTADION, and hospitality (Business day tickets, Club 78, season boxes). Standard home match tickets sit on the fc.de ticket page and the FC ticket shop linked there. Hospitality sits on the hospitality page and business@fc.de. MatchVisit has no partnership and does not read inventory. Tickets from Viagogo, eBay or similar platforms are not treated as valid entry.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

If you cannot attend, the terms allow forwarding to family and friends or listing on the Ticketbörse. The exchange opens with the member pre-sale and closes two and a half hours before kick-off. Buying there is often members only. On matchday there is also the Spieltagsbörse at the named desks. Street resale around the stadium is banned. If a dated home match is postponed in time, the ticket stays valid. Hospitality is separate. MatchVisit shows neither remaining inventory nor queue position.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
