Membership, personalisation and transfers
Credits decide who can buy or register. Separate balances exist for the Premier League, Europe, the FA Cup and the League Cup, each split home and away. A Premier League home credit is earned only if a non-season-ticket general-admission ticket is bought through an official channel and the match is attended. Forwarding, receiving a forwarded ticket, buying a season-ticket seat on the exchange and hospitality do not earn that credit. From 2026/27, entry is a digital NFC pass. All Red members need a new pass from the app or My Account. A pass from a previous season is no longer valid for them. Season tickets keep their existing pass. Anyone who is not a season-ticket holder or an All Red Full, Light or Junior member needs a free general-admission pass before a ticket can be forwarded. A 2025/26 general-admission pass stays valid for that.
Official routes and other offers
Standard home league tickets run through the All Red sales. Ticket Exchange is the only official resale for Premier League home games and does not apply to cup games or to match-by-match hospitality. Returned tickets go into the additional members sales at face value, only for eligible All Red members. Registration opens about two weeks before the match, and the sale is about one week before. Ticket Forwarding is the only permitted way to share a general-admission ticket. It typically opens 10 to 14 days before a home game. The recipient must be registered and on the friends list. The list can grow during the season to at most 18 people. Removals must be made by 1 September. From 2026/27, the recipient of a forwarded Premier League home ticket does not earn a credit. Hospitality is available only through the club, the named match-break suppliers or their approved sub-agents.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Supporters who miss their sale window, or who are unsuccessful in the ballot, can use the additional members sales before the match, subject to the criteria and to whether returned tickets exist. There are also local ballots for registered L postcodes and a Young Adult ballot for All Red Full or Light members aged 17 to 24. The stated seat counts of those ballots are allocation rules, no stock data read. Tickets from the local ballots and from the Young Adult ballot cannot be forwarded. For home games in Europe, the FA Cup and the League Cup, the club describes an Auto Cup Scheme. MatchVisit does not read the exchange or these ballots and does not state amounts.
