Bought match tickets are e-ticket or m-ticket, downloadable from the account, generally about 30 days before the match, printed or on a phone. They are not nominative. Reduced fares need matching proof. The 2026/27 season ticket is by default an e-card in a wallet or the club app, optionally physical. Lending creates an e-ticket and turns the season card off for that match only. Everyone needs their own title. Under-10s need an accompanying adult in the same stand. Doors generally open 1 hour before kick-off. Exit is final. Smoking in the stadium is forbidden.

Official routes and other offers

Standard home tickets run through the official club ticketing site, by email to the ticket office, and at stadium windows on matchday, generally from 2 hours before kick-off if the club opens them. That is not the ticket shop of Rennes, Nantes or Paris Saint-Germain. Official resale sits in the account, not for under-10 season tickets, with no sale guarantee, until 1 hour 30 minutes before kick-off. PSH follows CMI checks in the shop. Visitor seats run through the visiting club. MatchVisit does not read inventory from any of this.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture and the channel. Matchday windows are possible, but not guaranteed. An empty notice does not mean MatchVisit can see remaining tickets. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. If a match is not played or is stopped in the first half or at half-time, the title stays valid for the replay, with a short refund window on request. LFP TV time changes do not, on the club FAQ, create a refund right. The Moustoir Stadium Tour product page dated visits from 11 to 27 August 2026. That window has ended. MatchVisit does not read the shop.
