Membership, personalisation and transfers

Access needs a valid ticket or the ABO CARD. On matchday the desks open 90 minutes and the stadium 75 minutes before kick-off. The ticket shows the entrance. Kasse 1 and the special desk behind Kasse 4 stay open during the first half. The other desks close at kick-off. Guest-sector tickets run only through the visiting club or Kasse 5 at the south-east, guest sector only. Children under 6 enter free with an adult, with no claim to their own seat. Reduced rates apply for under 16, under 26 and AHV/IV with ID. The club names wheelchair places in blocks A1 and A6 and in the adjacent sectors B1 and D4. Blind and visually impaired visitors get free access in block D3. Group rates from 12 people apply only to championship home matches via ticketing@fcl.ch. MatchVisit does not read inventory.

Official routes and other offers

Standard home tickets run through the Ticketshop, FCL Fanshop and ticketing on the south side of the thermoplan arena (Horwerstrasse 91, 6005 Luzern), Luzern Tourismus at Zentralstrasse 5, the FCL Pop-up Store at Kramgasse 2, Ticketcorner and the matchday desks. The ticket-info hub remains the public information route. That is not the ticket shop of Young Boys, Basel, Zürich, Servette or Lugano. The AWSL season card on shop.fcl.ch is not the home match path. Hospitality stays separate. MatchVisit is none of these routes. MatchVisit does not read the shop.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice seats depend on that home match at the thermoplan arena. The guest sector is not a leftover-ticket promise. Dates can still change. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check the live page before you travel. The Grasshopper home remains a Luzern home. That is not Wankdorf, not St. Jakob-Park, not Letzigrund, not AIL Arena and not Stade de Genève.
