Buy directly from the club
Membership, personalisation and transfers
Tickets run through the online shop, the fan shops and by phone. Season-ticket holders see the first window as home phase 1. Digital season and day tickets can enter the MEWA Arena by NFC or QR. Gates and the matchday desk open two hours before kick-off. The club still recommends the online shop until kick-off. Unauthorised platforms are not the authorised route. 2026/27 home matches include a digital RNN and RMV travel ticket. Away-fan tickets are not the home end.
Official routes and other offers
The club keeps members and season tickets, the 11ER card, existing customers, public sale, club partners, groups from eleven people (not on price list 1 and not for the Stuttgart season finale), the 05ER resale market, VIP day tickets and the matchday desk as separate routes. 2026/27 VIP runs through boxes, the wine bar or the MEWA LOUNGE, not through the fan phases. Ordinary home match tickets do not run through the Augsburg ticket shop or the Hoffenheim ticket shop. MatchVisit does not read inventory from any of these routes.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice men's tickets depend on that match's phase and on the 05ER resale market. The resale market closes 2.5 hours before kick-off and can still show tickets on matchday according to the club. The club warns against Viagogo, StubHub, Ebay and similar sites. The matchday desk opens two hours before kick-off, but it is not a substitute for a price-list-1 home with no public column. Dates can move. Check the current home board.
