Membership, personalisation and transfers
Access needs a valid ticket, the season card or a drawn BilletFlex ticket. Tickets come as a PDF print, as SMS or in the FCM app with FCM ID. The barcode is PDF417. Children aged 4 to 13 count as a child. From 14 you count as an adult. Children aged 3 or under need no ticket. There is no refund. Passing a ticket on is allowed. Wheelchair places sit on AL Sydbank and run through billetsalg@fcm.dk. A companion with a ledsagerkort enters without an extra ticket. On matchdays Infohuset in front of MCH Arena can help. The lift is entrance 1. DBU Partout runs through Infohuset or by email from 14 days out. The stands are Faxe Kondi, AL Sydbank with the away end, C.C. Contractor as the standing stand for Black Wolves and Hedens Drenge, and Scan Global. The away end has about 1,050 standing places. Away-end tickets are often sold by the visiting club. For F.C. København the away end needs an FCK Away-kort. On 14 September 2026 Brøndby IF sells that end itself.
Official routes and other offers
Standard home tickets run through the ticket page of the official shop and the named shop billetsalg.fcm.dk. The button stays the information page, not the shop. On matchdays Infohuset sells from two hours before kick-off. Reception at MCH Arena helps on weekdays 10.00-12.00 and 12.30-14.00 with tickets and season cards. Phone 96 27 10 40 and mail billetsalg@fcm.dk. On matchdays reception and the phone are closed. The events page describes private group tours for workplaces and school classes by email. That is not a public stadium-tour product. MatchVisit is none of these routes. That is not the ticket shop of F.C. København or Brøndby IF.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice seats depend on that home match at MCH Arena. On 8 September 2026 the club named the next home match against Brøndby IF on 14 September 2026 at 19.00. Sale had opened on 31 August 2026. Infohuset opens at 17.00 for that kick-off. The fanzone behind Faxe Kondi opens two hours before. Season-card holders should release unused seats at least 48 hours before kick-off. BilletFlex draws a ticket at least 48 hours before general sale. After that a place is not guaranteed. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check the official shop before you travel. This is not Parken and not Brøndby Stadium.
