Membership, personalisation and transfers
Access needs a valid ticket or membership with dues current and a match-access category. The ticket is personal and non-transferable. Exchanges and refunds happen only after a cancellation, a date change or another case the club names. Children from age 3 need their own ticket with sector, row and seat. Under 12 only with an adult. The visitor area sits, according to the Bilheteira, in Sector Sul da Bancada Nascente and ZCEAP Sul. Reduced-mobility seats run through catarina.santos@cdnacional.pt. Headquarters hours are weekdays 09:00-12:30 and 14:00-18:00. Stadium counters open 1.5 hours before kick-off. The stadium is on Alameda Eng.º Rui Alves at Cidade Desportiva CD Nacional, 9060-041 Funchal. Headquarters is at Rua do Esmeraldo, no. 46, 9000-051 Funchal. Horários do Funchal line 47 stops at Centro Hípico. From there it is about 1.5 kilometres on foot. In a home match week the club does not accept new membership files for immediate processing. Quota desks and new joiners pause until the next working day after the home. MatchVisit does not read inventory.
Official routes and other offers
Official routes are the Bilheteira on cdnacional.pt/bilheteira/, the Funchal headquarters and the named SmartFan shop. The club page names https://smartfan.tickets/cdnacional. On 8 September 2026 that shop returned 404. MatchVisit does not read it. socio.cdnacional.pt leads to the same shop, not the information hub. Camarotes are hospitality, not a visitor ticket. That is not the ticket shop of Marítimo, Sporting, Benfica or Porto. Away routes to Alvalade or Barreiros are not the home match path at Estádio da Madeira. Tickets outside these club routes are not the official channel.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice tickets depend on that club notice on cdnacional.pt. The next checked league home matches are Alverca on 12 September 2026 at 15:30 and Famalicão on 19 September 2026 at 15:30 at Estádio da Madeira. On 8 September 2026 there was no dedicated home-sale article for those fixtures. The widget still pointed at Sporting away. The island derby on 27 November 2026 is away at Estádio dos Barreiros, not a home in Choupana. Dates can move. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check the current Bilheteira before you travel. This is not Marítimo and not Estádio do Marítimo.
