Membership, personalisation and transfers
Access needs a valid named ticket or the season ticket. The ticket must stand in the name of the person at the gate. A handover is possible once the name is updated. Children under 16 do not identify. From age 16 Itsme or Onfido applies once a season. Ticket reception is inside King Power at Den Dreef Stadion, Kardinaal Mercierlaan 46, Heverlee. Monday to Friday 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00, Saturday 12:00-20:45, closed on Sunday. Hours can change. Wheelchair seats in the reduced-mobility stand beside the pitch run through ticketing@ohl.be. UiTPAS tickets run via the Tribune 3 secretariat or as a voucher code in the shop. MatchVisit does not read inventory.
Official routes and other offers
Official routes are the info page of the official shop, the club shop ticketing.ohleuven.com and reception at Den Dreef. That is not the ticket shop of Union SG, Club Brugge, Anderlecht, Westerlo or Feyenoord. Female and academy teams have their own club pages. They are not the home match route. The same roboticket shop also sits at ohl.roboticket.com. MatchVisit does not use that shop as the button. MatchVisit does not read inventory from these routes.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice tickets depend on that home match. According to the club, singles appear at least two weeks before kick-off. Dates can still change. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check the live ticketing page before you travel. Union SG European home matches at Den Dreef stay on rusg.brussels. This is not Union SG.
