Membership, personalisation and transfers

A successful TIXX allocation sits for three days as a reservation in the home match online shop and must be booked, or it lapses. Tickets are electronic, with a 2D barcode on a phone or a readable A4 print. The ATGB (as of 1 July 2026) allow a photo-ID check. Membership opens the application, not an automatic ticket. 2026/27 season tickets were renewed first for previous holders and sit digitally in the wallet. Sharing digital season tickets stops two hours before kick-off. Children aged 0 to 6 need a lap ticket for seated areas, with no seat claim. Standing areas are closed to that age group. Children under 14 enter only with an accompanying adult who holds a valid ticket.

Official routes and other offers

The home application runs through the personal TIXX Select link in the ticket email. The later reservation sits in the SCP07 home online shop. That is not the ticket shop of SV Elversberg. Official ClubSale is inside that shop and is described as available to members for unused day tickets and single season-ticket visits. Unauthorised platforms such as eBay, Kleinanzeigen or viagogo are not allowed. The ticket hotline and the fanshop on the Home Deluxe Arena forecourt are away routes. The club generally does not offer a public box office in the home or guest area. A service desk can open on matchday for upgrades and lap tickets. Guest tickets for blocks E, F and G are sold in advance only by the visiting club. Hospitality stays a separate VIP route.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice home tickets depend on the fixture. The club points to TIXX Select, then to possible leftover sales for members only, and to ClubSale. There is no public home box office. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it.
