Buy directly from the club

SK Rapid sells home match tickets for Allianz Stadion in Vienna-Hütteldorf through tickets.skrapid.at, the Fancorner and stadium boxes. This is not Allianz Arena in Munich and not Allianz Stadium in Turin. UEFA copy may say Weststadion. That is the same stadium in Hütteldorf. Bundesliga day tickets go on public sale once the club releases the match. Club members and season-ticket holders get pre-sale first. Category A covers Austria, Salzburg and Sturm Graz. Other championship home matches sit in a second category. Abo 16 covers 16 Bundesliga home matches. Abo Plus adds play-off home matches and reserves the seat for cup and UEFA. 2026/27 UEFA qualifier home matches auto-loaded Abo Plus first, with an opt-out, then Abo 16, then members, then public sale. Membership is pre-sale rights, not a ticket guarantee.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

A 2026/27 season ticket is one per person. It sits digitally in a wallet or the Rapid app, and as a card with a QR code. Entry is the scan, not an old stamp card. Day tickets come as print-at-home or mobile tickets. Only the first scan enters. Anyone passing a season seat should lock the card for that match. Sharing the whole season card gives the other person full access. Reduced tickets can be upgraded at the boxes. From 2026/27 the season ticket no longer includes Wiener Linien core-zone travel on home matchdays. The club warns against unofficial platforms. Only tickets bought directly from Rapid are described as safe for entry.

Official routes and other offers

Ordinary home tickets run through SK Rapid, tickets.skrapid.at, the Fancorner at Gerhard-Hanappi-Platz 1 and the stadium boxes. That is not Red Bull Salzburg's ticket shop. The shop sits behind Queue-it. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it. Official resale is Ticketbörse, only for released Bundesliga home matches. Official transfer is Ticketweitergabe to a known Rapid fan. VIP and Business Club are a separate path. Away tickets and fan buses are not a home match product.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. For the next home match, check the Nächste Spiele board, not unofficial markets. On matchday, boxes can open from 11:00, with Fancorner and extra desks often from three hours before kick-off. Ticketbörse purchases and season-card problems run there. Gates usually open 90 minutes before kick-off, two hours for a Vienna derby. Personal sharing and Zweitmarkt apply only when the club has opened them for that match. A date change does not automatically void bought tickets.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
