Membership, personalisation and transfers

Tickets are issued digitally in the RBL Ticket-App, not the club app. Each ticket must be personalised there with the user's first and last name. Only then does the QR code become visible. The code is activated on matchday from 08:00. The ATGB allow a photo-ID check. 2026/27 season tickets renew only if at least ten Bundesliga home matches are used. That is not a ticket guarantee for extra matches. A season ticket or OFC membership gives pre-sale priority, not an automatic ticket.

Official routes and other offers

Ordinary home tickets run through the RBL online ticket shop, not through the Bayer 04 web shop and not through the Eintracht ticket shop. The club does not name fan stores or telephone sales as a purchase route. The official ticket exchange is the authorised resale for day tickets and season-ticket visits. Listing closes 2.5 hours before kick-off. Buying listed tickets can, according to the club, continue until kick-off. Unauthorised platforms are not allowed. Hospitality stays separate through VIP tickets. According to the FAQ there is no matchday box office for buying tickets.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. Some matches stay in the exclusive phases. Others still reach general pre-sale. When the shop is empty, the club points to the ticket exchange. According to the FAQ, listed tickets usually go on sale two weeks before the match. Mystery Seats are a separate Monday offer before Bundesliga home matches, not a general stock figure. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it.
