Real Betis tickets, buying options and advice

Start with Real Betis's official sale route and the conditions for the specific fixture. MatchVisit has no live inventory and sells no tickets.

Buy directly from the club

Real Betis sells men's first-team home tickets through the club website and app to members, fans and any other interested person. The displayed price binds at checkout, and prices are dynamic. They can rise or fall with supply, demand and proximity to the match. A buyer who later sees a lower price gets no refund of the difference. The organizer can change the date and time unilaterally. The club requires buyers to verify the final date on the website or app beforehand. Online tickets are exclusively for Betis supporters. Purchases by rival supporters may count as fraudulent, and the club may block purchases from the countries of the respective rivals. Exchanges and refunds exist only on cancellation or suspension before kick-off. Requests run within 48 hours, processing within 15 days at most, and only the ticket price is refunded without travel or hotel. From the 2025/26 season Betis plays provisionally at La Cartuja while Benito Villamarín is remodeled.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

Online purchase delivers print-at-home as a PDF for immediate printing or later printing from a computer. If the service is exceptionally disabled, tickets are collected at the taquilla at least 2 hours before kick-off. That needs the purchase payment card plus the card holder's ID or passport. If a third person collects, they need the payment card, the buyer's original ID, a signed authorization and their own ID or passport. Purchase data must be correct and complete. Purchase errors and inability to attend are no grounds for a refund. Without seat selection at most 6 tickets apply per purchase. Discounts and promotions run through the website, app, profiles and other official club channels and are never cumulative. MatchVisit does not check identity at the gate.

Official routes and other offers

Standard home tickets run through en.realbetisbalompie.es/tickets. That is not the ticket shop of Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atlético or Espanyol. The member portal socios.realbetisbalompie.es names Soy Bético, Bético Digital and Palmerín as memberships. Abonos VIP La Cartuja run as a separate VIP route. The purchase terms belong to the club. MatchVisit does not read inventory from the shop.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture and on release. The club reserves the right to change times, programs or teams, or to suspend the event. If print-at-home fails, only the taquilla remains at least 2 hours before kick-off with card and ID. Once a match has started, a force-majeure suspension does not refund the seat price. MatchVisit does not check that live. If a fixture moves, only the current club notice on the website or app counts.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
