Real Madrid tickets, buying options and advice
Start with Real Madrid's official sale route and the conditions for the specific fixture. MatchVisit has no live inventory and sells no tickets.

Membership, personalisation and transfers
Tickets bought with a member discount or as a Madridista are personal and non-transferable. Security may ask for ID and membership or Madridista proof and may refuse entry if the bearer is not the holder. Each ticket is for one person and the numbered seat. Children carried in arms without their own ticket are not allowed under the rule cited on the match page. The checked FAQs exclude exchanges and refunds.
Official routes and other offers
The club names only realmadrid.com and entradas.com as official sales channels for first-team tickets. There are no phone sales. entradas.com is a channel named by the club, not a MatchVisit partner. Hospitality runs separately through the VIP area on realmadrid.com or by contacting areavip@realmadrid.es. The club says it sells tickets to agencies for tourist packages but is not responsible for those packages. The checked pages do not describe a public club resale for ordinary match tickets. The club expressly warns against black-market and unauthorised websites.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
“Remaining tickets” is not a separate sales channel here. Without evidenced live inventory, MatchVisit can only point to the official match page. Some matches go on sale before date and kick-off are confirmed. LaLiga confirms times later. Copa del Rey times may still change. Once a Champions League time has been announced, the VIP FAQ says it will not be changed. The checked match FAQs do not add a separate postponement refund. They say exchanges and refunds will not be accepted.
