Red Bull Salzburg tickets, buying options and advice
Start with Red Bull Salzburg's official sale route and the conditions for the specific fixture. MatchVisit has no live inventory and sells no tickets.

Membership, personalisation and transfers
After purchase, tickets sit in a wallet or as a printout. From 2026/27 the club uses NFC ticketing with Apple and Team Axess. iPhone and Apple Watch can be the ticket, including the season ticket. Android users scan the QR code from a wallet. For UEFA home matches, Premium season-ticket holders need a separate digital ticket. The season card itself is not the UEFA turnstile pass. Reduced and children's tickets need photo ID at the gate. They may only be passed to the same or a lower category. Family tickets need a Familienpass or Bullidikidz unlock by email to tickets@redbullsalzburg.at. Wheelchair tickets are allocated seats in the shop from 2026/27 after proof is sent to the same address. Only the first scan enters. Leaving the stadium voids the ticket. New Nordkurve season tickets need fanclub membership.
Official routes and other offers
Standard home tickets run through the club Ticket-Shop and the Ticketing and Service Center at Red Bull Arena in Wals-Siezenheim. The current information page is the German Tickets page, not the English one. Season-ticket detail lives on dauerkarte.at. Personal sharing with friends and family runs in the app or shop until two hours before kick-off. That is not public resale. Official Zweitmarkt opens only when the club releases a selected match. Buyers then book again in the Ticket-Shop. Hospitality stays on the Business page. MatchVisit does not read inventory from the shop.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. Bundesliga singles can be in public sale. UEFA dates can stay with season-ticket holders first or run as a package. On matchday the Ticketing and Service Center opens from three hours before kick-off. Ticket Info Points help with digital tickets. Personal sharing stops two hours before kick-off. Zweitmarkt is only open if the club has released that match. MatchVisit does not check that live. A date change does not automatically void bought tickets. Travel and gate times sit in the matchday note for that home match.
