SC Freiburg tickets, buying options and advice

Start with SC Freiburg's official sale route and the conditions for the specific fixture. MatchVisit has no live inventory and sells no tickets.

Buy directly from the club

SC Freiburg sells men's licensed-team home tickets for Europa-Park Stadion in Freiburg im Breisgau. The club names the home match online ticket shop and the Reservix hotline. It does not take email, fax or letter orders. For 2026/27 four routes remain. The Joker phase for eligible members. Exclusive member pre-sale. The official ticket exchange. And a general sale only if tickets are still left. SC members and members of Förderverein Freiburger Fußballschule get at least one week of home pre-sale, from age six. The Joker phase runs from 09:30 to 11:00 on the sale day. Regular member sale starts at 12:00. New in 2026/27, several matches can be bundled in one phase. The Joker then covers the matches offered on that sale date, once per season. For very high demand the club expressly expects no general sale.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

Tickets are issued electronically as print-at-home, mobile or app tickets, with a barcode or QR code, or as a readable A4 print. The ATGB (as of June 2026) allow a photo-ID check. Membership gives pre-sale rights, not an automatic ticket. New members from 2 July of a season join only the regular member sale. 2026/27 season tickets have been renewed. Digital season tickets sit in the wallet. Chip cards were due to be posted by the end of July. Splitting a visit from the digital season ticket locks that season ticket for that matchday. Children aged five and under need a personalised lap ticket on the day for seated areas, with no seat claim. Standing areas are not included.

Official routes and other offers

Ordinary home tickets run through the SC home online ticket shop. That is not Schalke's ticket shop. The club also names the Reservix hotline and authorised outlets. The official ticket exchange is the authorised resale for day tickets and single season-ticket visits. Buying there starts ten days before the home match at 12:00 and runs until kick-off. If that start falls on a weekend or public holiday, it moves to the next weekday at 12:00. Unauthorised platforms such as viagogo, StubHub or Kleinanzeigen are not allowed. Hospitality stays a separate VIP route. On matchday, ticket kiosks open with the stadium, including for lap tickets. The club does not describe a public box office for general ticket buying. Returned away tickets may be sold from two hours before kick-off at the guest desk.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. Some matches stay in member pre-sale. Others may still reach general sale. When the first market has no tickets left, the club points to the ticket exchange from ten days before the match. The club does not take group orders for Bundesliga home matches at Europa-Park Stadion. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
