Access needs a valid ticket or the digital season card. At most ten non-VIP tickets per customer. Only tickets from official sales points are valid. E-tickets must be readable on a phone or on a blank white A4 page. Children under 6 need a free matchday-desk ticket and sit on a parent's lap. The family zone is Tribune Est sectors M and N and needs at least one adult plus a child aged 6 to 16. Tribune Nord is the ultras stand. Tribune Sud opens only for larger crowds. Sector X is the away end. Wheelchair places run through reservation@servettefc.ch, at least one week ahead. Doors and stadium desks close at half-time. A postponed ticket stays valid. Inside the stadium payment is cashless. Hospitality stays separate. MatchVisit does not read inventory.
Official routes and other offers
Official routes are the Ticketshop ticket-onlineshop.com/ols/sfc, Boutique des Grenat off matchday and Ticketcorner. The boutique sits on the Stade de Genève esplanade and sells tickets Monday to Friday 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-18:00 plus Saturday 13:00-17:00. Ticketing contact is reservation@servettefc.ch or abo@servettefc.ch, phone 022 311 18 90 then 1, Monday to Friday 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00 except matchdays. That is not the ticket shop of Young Boys, not Letzigrund, not Lausanne and not Sion. MatchVisit is none of these routes and does not read the shop.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice tickets depend on that home match at Stade de Genève. The club advises buying in advance rather than at the stadium desks. Fixtures appear only after the SFL publishes the date and time. The calendar comes in four batches. Dates can move. A postponed ticket stays valid. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check the 2026/27 ticketing hub before you travel.
