Membership, personalisation and transfers
Access needs a valid ticket or the electronic season card for the home match at Arena Lviv. Printing is not required. A phone ticket is enough at the gate. After purchase there is no exchange and no refund. Personal details, block, row and seat cannot be changed. During an air-raid alert, Arena Lviv shelters apply under steward instructions. Anyone who does not stay there must leave the ground at once. Animals, large backpacks, drinks, umbrellas and professional filming equipment are prohibited. A municipal car park sits nearby, with limited spaces. MatchVisit does not read inventory and does not publish amounts.
Official routes and other offers
Standard home tickets and season tickets run through the official shop. The MatchVisit button stays this information page, not the shop behind tickets.shakhtar.com or shakhtar.roboticket.com. That is not the ticket shop of Karpaty, not NSC Olimpiyskiy and not Donbass Arena. Hospitality and the fanshop stay separate. MatchVisit is none of these routes.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice seats depend on that home match at Arena Lviv. For LNZ on 20 September 2026 at 18:00 the club named the online path via shakhtar.com. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. Dates can still change. Check the official shop before you travel. MatchVisit does not read the shop.
