Membership, personalisation and transfers
Access needs a seizoenkaart or ClubCard according to the ClubCard page. The digital QR sits under mijn lidmaatschappen on spartakaartje.nl. A second ClubCard is not approved beside a SeizoenClubCard of Sparta or another professional club. Several SeizoenClubCards remain possible. A SeizoenClubCard overrules a ClubCard. Unauthorised resale can lead to an 18-month stadium ban on a checked 2026/27 home notice. Ticket Exchange is the official path when a home match is sold out. English visitors fill in the inquiry form. Filling in the form is an inquiry and not a reservation. A payment link usually follows two to three weeks before the match. Collection is on matchday at Loket Inlichtingen next to the main entrance, with ID, from 90 minutes before kick-off. MatchVisit does not read inventory.
Official routes and other offers
The visitor button stays on the Ticketinformatie hub. The named shop is spartakaartje.nl plus the Fanshop. That is not the ticket shop of Feyenoord, Excelsior or Ajax. The contact page names the Fanshop Tuesday to Saturday 11.00-17.00. The English inquiry is a different form, not the standing Dutch hub. Official transfer when a home match is sold out is Ticket Exchange on spartakaartje.nl, at most eight times a season. Some risk home matches keep the Exchange closed. Hospitality and Jong Sparta at Robey Academy are other routes. Tickets outside these club channels are not the official path.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice seats depend on that notice on the Ticketinformatie hub. Windows switch between an identified account, SCC and CC. Ticket Exchange opens only when a home match is sold out and is not a leftover-ticket promise. The English inquiry does not cover every home match. On the check date Heerenveen and Ajax were not available there. MatchVisit does not read the shop. A listed kick-off can still change. This is not Feyenoord, Excelsior or Ajax.
