Start with Telstar's official sale route and the conditions for the specific fixture. MatchVisit has no live inventory and sells no tickets.

Membership, personalisation and transfers
Access needs a valid digital ticket in the account under Mijn tickets. The physical season card is no longer valid for entry. The club still accepts a self-printed loose ticket, but the digital QR code is the preferred route. Checked home notices say the stadium opens 1.5 hours before kick-off. Telstar does not sell physical tickets. Tickets cannot be cancelled. Sharing or official Telstar Resale remain club routes. Resale is for home matches only, not aways. The uitkaart is a personal registration for aways and some high-risk home matches. MatchVisit does not read inventory there.
Official routes and other offers
Standard home tickets run only online through the Telstar Ticketshop on tickets.sctelstar.nl. The ticket FAQ remains the public information route. The Tickets & prijzen page is a price visual, not the visitor button. Phone help is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 09.00-12.00. The stadium desk is Thursday 14.00-16.00. Telstar Resale is the only official marketplace. Away routes, group requests, Leeuwinnen and meetings events are not the home match path. That is not the ticket shop of Ajax, sc Heerenveen, AZ, PSV, Feyenoord or SC Cambuur. Tickets outside these club routes are not the official channel. MatchVisit does not read the shop.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice seats depend on the fixture. Pre-sale for Supportersvereniging members, then regular sale. The uitkaart is not a blanket home-clubkaart duty. Dates can still change.
