Membership, personalisation and transfers
Cuore Granata is the fidelity card. It is required for a season ticket and opens prevendita on big home matches. According to the FAQ it is not required for ordinary home singles. Visitors can buy without it unless the fixture notice says otherwise. It is not issued at stadium cashiers on home matchdays. Name-change runs through the club page. A photo identity document is required at the gate. The FAQ caps ordinary purchases at four tickets per person. The current Roma prevendita limits Cuore Granata buyers to three tickets in one transaction. There is no refund for unused singles. There is no re-entry after the turnstiles.
Official routes and other offers
Ordinary home match tickets run through torinofc.it, authorised Vivaticket outlets and the Nord ticket office at Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino. The club does not name TicketOne. That is not the ticket shop of Milan, Inter, Juventus, Napoli, Roma or Lazio. Hospitality is a separate club-named route (Sky Box, Tribuna Grande Torino, Tribuna Giorgio Ferrini). Season tickets can run with Cuore Granata or through the Torino Tickets app without the card. That is not a general marketplace for ordinary singles. Do not buy on unofficial platforms.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. The Roma notice times vendita libera from 16:00 on 7 September 2026. On matchday the stadium cashiers open two hours before kick-off. That is not a remaining-ticket claim. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it.
