Membership, personalisation and transfers
The 2026/27 season ticket is a downloadable e-card. Access is the QR code on a phone or a paper print. The Totjorn Mai collector card does not open the gates. Lending starts once match tickets are downloadable, stated as seven days before the fixture. The e-card is then off for that match only. Reduced-fare seats may only go to someone in the same fare group with proof. Named gala home matches (PSG, Marseille and similar) cannot be lent. Under-16s need an accompanying adult with a valid ticket in the same stand. Doors generally open two hours before kick-off. PSH and UFR tickets are sold only in the shop, not at the stadium window.
Official routes and other offers
Standard home tickets run through the official club ticketing site. The 2026/27 GTC name that same shop. Official resale sits in the subscriber account, at most five times a season, with no sale guarantee. CSE and company season tickets exclude cancellation and resale. Visitor seats run through the visiting club or the west matchday windows. PSH tickets are online only. MatchVisit does not read inventory from any of this.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture and the channel. Packs can open earlier than singles. Cup dates can differ. Dynamic pricing can move again close to kick-off. Season-ticket holders can list an unused match on club resale, without a guaranteed buyer. An empty notice does not mean MatchVisit can see remaining tickets. MatchVisit does not read the shop. If a match is not played or is stopped before half-time, the 2026/27 GTC keep the title valid for the rearranged date.
