Membership, personalisation and transfers

Access needs a valid ticket. Stewards can ask for ID. Single tickets arrive as an e-ticket by email and in the account. One ticket is for one person. Season tickets are personal. Lending in a private circle is allowed unless the club locks a fixture for safety. Passing tickets to away fans voids them. Season tickets must be used at least 14 times at 2026/27 Eredivisie home matches, or there is no renewal offer. Vak-P has no singles. Kidsclub and Young Reds tickets must be in the holder's name. MatchVisit does not read inventory.

Official routes and other offers

Standard home tickets run through kaartverkoop.fctwente.nl, on weekdays at entrance A of De Grolsch Veste, and on matchdays at the SSU counters on the station side from two hours before kick-off if places remain. That is not the ticket shop of Ajax, PSV or Feyenoord. Official resale is Kaartenmarkt in that same shop. Season-ticket seats and original singles can be listed until one and a half hours before kick-off. A ticket bought there cannot be listed again. Hospitality stays separate. Tickets outside these club routes are not the official channel.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice seats depend on the fixture. Some home matches need no ClubCard, others do. Conference League home matches stay with season tickets and ClubCards first. Kaartenmarkt can still return seats until one and a half hours before kick-off. The matchday desk is only if places remain. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. A listed kick-off can still change.
