Membership, personalisation and transfers
Pre-sale and the lottery run through the Union ticket shop. Since July 2026 the club names union-tickets.de. Union-Zeughaus remains a named official route. A season ticket or a winning lot is the entry right, not a public seat guarantee. Unauthorised platforms can mean refusal at the gate. Home match gates usually open 120 minutes before kick-off. Away fans belong in sector 5 and buy through the visiting club.
Official routes and other offers
The club keeps the members' lottery, season tickets, the Union ticket shop, Union-Zeughaus, the official ticket resale market and hospitality as separate routes. 2026/27 VIP day tickets run through a form, email or the VIP booking page, not through the members' lottery. Ordinary home match tickets do not run through the HSV ticket shop or the Werder ticket shop. MatchVisit does not read inventory from any of these routes.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice men's tickets depend on that match's lottery and on the official ticket resale market. The club warns against Viagogo, StubHub and similar sites. A general public sale for men's Bundesliga home matches is not described on the pages checked. Dates can move. Check the current fixture page.
