Membership, personalisation and transfers
Every buyer needs an account. Identity checks use itsme, Onfido or the fanshop with ID, and must be repeated each year. Tickets stand in the name of the person at the gate. Everyone needs a ticket, regardless of age. At most ten named league tickets per purchase. Union+ is priority, not a seat guarantee. Extra tickets in the priority window are only for other Union+ members, including children. Season-ticket holders must attend 13 of the 17 home matches, pass the seat with Pass Ticket, or resell it officially. Joseph Marien league home matches use two opponent bands. Category 1 is RSC Anderlecht, Club Brugge, Standard de Liège, Antwerp FC and KRC Genk. Category 2 is the other Jupiler Pro League clubs. Entry is PDF or wallet. Only the first scan counts.
Official routes and other offers
Ordinary Joseph Marien home tickets run only through Union SG, the club pages on rusg.brussels and the fanshop at Brusselsesteenweg 223, 1190 Forest, Thursday and Friday 11.00-18.00 except matchdays. That is not the ticket shop of 1. FC Union Berlin or RSC Anderlecht. The stadium ticket office is closed on matchdays except a helpdesk from two hours before kick-off. Official resale and Pass Ticket run only through the club account. The 2026/27 derby text sets resale until 48 hours before kick-off and passing until two hours. Wheelchair seats in the West Stand are only via ticketing@rusg.be. Combibus aways and European home matches in Leuven or Ostend are not a Joseph Marien home product. MatchVisit does not read inventory from these routes.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
For short-notice tickets, check rusg.brussels or the fanshop, not the match-day desk. The club does not sell tickets on matchdays. Download the e-ticket as PDF or into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Do not buy on unofficial platforms. The club can refuse a ticket that is not in the visitor's name. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read inventory from these routes. European matches in Leuven or Ostend are not Joseph Marien home matches.
