Membership, personalisation and transfers
Tickets are nominative and tied to the printed seat. The gate needs the title and valid ID. Standing and moving seats are forbidden. Advance-sale home tickets include dedicated ACTV water transport to Sant'Elena. The Supporters Card is required for a season ticket. It is also required when authorities restrict singles, and for away matches that demand a fidelity card. Season-ticket holders may transfer the pass free of charge for any single match, as the club states. For Fiorentina, residents of the Province of Florence may buy only the away sector, and only with the ACF Fiorentina fidelity programme. The Under-14 complimentary ticket does not apply to Fiorentina. Disability accreditation for 100 percent civil disability is requested only by email to accrediti@veneziafc.it from the 10th day to the 4th day before each home match.
Official routes and other offers
Ordinary home match tickets run through veneziafc.vivaticket.it (print@home), the Vivaticket outlets listed by the club, Store SS Apostoli in Venice and Ca' Venezia in Mestre, and the Penzo stadium cashiers. The club does not name TicketOne for these home titles. That is not the ticket shop of Milan, Inter, Juventus, Napoli, Roma or Lazio. Fiorentina away tickets run through www.vivaticket.com and Vivaticket outlets, not the stadium cashiers on matchday. Hospitality (La Serenissima, Indigo, Giudecca, San Marco, Rialto) and Walkabout are separate club-named routes. Walkabout is a matchday visit before kick-off, not a public stadium-tour product. Do not buy on unofficial platforms.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. For Fiorentina the Penzo cashiers open at 18:30 on matchday and close at half-time. Away-sector sale ends at 19:00 on 10 September 2026 and is not at the stadium cashiers. That is not a remaining-ticket claim. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it.
