Day tickets are issued as a mobile pass or print-at-home. Print the print-at-home ticket before travelling. Season tickets exist as a mobile pass, a hybrid card or a block card. Forwarding needs a VfB customer account for the recipient. Forwarding runs to another VfB customer account. Forwarded tickets stay tied to the customer account. Forward only to people you know. List unused seats on Ticketbörse. Reduced-rate proof can be checked on matchday at the MHP Arena. Keep the reduced-rate proof ready on matchday. Take ID to the match. For the youngest fans the English ticket page names lap tickets. The REWE family block is reserved for Fritzle and youth-club members. Inclusion tickets are their own route. Buying away from club channels can mean refusal of entry.

Official routes and other offers

The club keeps the ticket shop, season tickets, the member sale with a virtual queue, official Ticketbörse, in-account forwarding, inclusion tickets, the family block and VIP tickets as separate routes. The entry is the ticket information hub on shop.vfb.de. The hub links the shop, season tickets, VIP and the exchange. The ticket page also exists in English. The member sale uses a virtual queue after pre-checks. The leftover sale follows the general queue process. Cup and Champions League home matches are separate allocations, not the Bundesliga season ticket. VIP tickets run separately from the ordinary sale. VIP enquiries run through the hospitality route. Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Official Ticketbörse is the permitted resale route. Season-ticket seats can be listed from two weeks out, day tickets only when the home end has no first-market seats, from one week out. Buyers pay the official price in the ordinary shop. Anyone without membership waits for the next member window. New members check their waiting period before the window. Fritzle and youth-club members request the family block. Inclusion tickets run through their own route. Plan the purchase early, because late windows are not guaranteed.
