Buy directly from the club

Werder Bremen takes home orders for Weserstadion in a seven-day window only from active and supporting members on werder.de. Weserstadion is the club's ground on the Weser. All orders in that window rank equally. Members order online during the window. If tickets do not suffice, the club ballots. Anyone without membership waits for Restkarten. Leftovers can later appear as Restkarten on the homepage, by phone or at the ticket centre. The homepage reports Restkarten first. That is not live stock. 2026/27 season tickets were renewed first. New seats went through a members' list and a ballot. Each home match gets its own order window. The club decides each match anew. The tickets hub separates fixture selection, ticket info and hospitality. Purchases run only through the club, authorised sellers or the club's official resale platform. Hospitality stays a separate enquiry route. VIP day tickets run as their own offer beside the season ticket.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

Orders need a club account. At most four tickets, of which at most two standing. Season tickets are personalised, as a plastic card and/or a mobile pass. The mobile pass sits on the smartphone. The plastic card stays as an alternative. The season ticket carries the holder's name. The season ticket transfers only to members or close family. The mobile season ticket follows the fixture list. 2026/27 season tickets must be used for at least 15 home matches. Up to five Ticketbörse sales count towards that. The ATGB allow a photo-ID check. Take ID to the match. Discounted tickets need the proof at the gate. Mobile tickets can be forwarded until 90 minutes before kick-off. Forward only to people you know.

Official routes and other offers

The club keeps the homepage order, the member window, a possible leftover window, phone and ticket centre, season tickets, Ticketbörse, mobile forwarding and VIP as separate routes. The ticket centre also helps on site. The named Eventim shop is a purchase path, not MatchVisit inventory. VIP day tickets run as their own offer beside the season ticket. The offer tiers them by category per match. VIP season tickets run through Matthäi Skylounge and VIP-Rang Platin as their own hospitality routes. The exchange belongs to the season ticket. Day tickets sit beside season-ticket seats on the exchange. Exchange purchases cannot be listed again. Unauthorised platforms are not a purchase route under the ATGB. Ordinary home tickets do not run through the Union ticket shop or the HSV ticket shop.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on the processing board. After the member window there can be leftover Restkarten. Restkarten are not a promise. Anyone who cannot use a ticket lists it on the exchange. Ticketbörse opens only once a match is heavily used and runs until 90 minutes before kick-off. Forwarding also ends 90 minutes before kick-off. Ask the homepage and the ticket centre for the current board. Check the current home-ticket page. MatchVisit does not read inventory there. MatchVisit does not promise a ticket.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
