Membership, personalisation and transfers

Access needs a valid named ticket. Each ticket must stand in the name of the person at the gate. Without a checked identity from age 16 the ticket cannot be downloaded. The stadium is at De Merodedreef 189, 2260 Westerlo. Matchday windows open 1.5 hours before kick-off, with a validated account. Wheelchair seats in stand J2 and dementia seats in stand A run through ticketing@kvcwesterlo.be. Free Your Seat is a season-ticket tool, not a public leftover-ticket route. MatchVisit does not read inventory.

Official routes and other offers

Official routes are the info page of the official shop, the club shop ticketing.kvcwesterlo.be and the fan and ticket shop at the main entrance, to the right of the Themacafe. Bancontact only there. According to the club page the shop is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00, Thursday 14:00-20:00. Tuesday, weekends and public holidays stay closed. Recheck hours on the club page. That is not the ticket shop of Feyenoord, Union SG, OH Leuven, Club Brugge or Anderlecht. Women's and youth teams have their own club pages. MatchVisit does not read inventory from these routes.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on that home match. According to the club, singles appear about 14 days before the match. On the check date the homepage listed the home match on 12 September 2026 at 18:15 against Standard de Liège. That is a current fixture listing, not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check the live ticketing page before you travel. The stadium is Het Kuipje in Westerlo. This is not De Kuip and not Feyenoord.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
