Membership, personalisation and transfers
Access needs a valid ticket, season ticket or the matchday desk. For WSG home matches the club opens the west stand. The operator lists matchday desks at Tivoli from 90 minutes before kick-off for the Hartberg home match on 13 September 2026 at 14:30. The stadium address is Stadionstraße 1, 6020 Innsbruck. The Wattens office is open Monday to Thursday 08:30-12:00 and 13:00-17:00, Friday 08:30-12:00. The VIP club and matchday birthday are not day tickets. MatchVisit does not read inventory.
Official routes and other offers
The visitor button stays on the official shop. The named shop is the WSG Tirol Ticketwebshop. That is not the ticket shop of Rapid, Austria Wien, LASK, Salzburg or FC Wacker Innsbruck. Season tickets and memberships run through the Wattens office. Operator Olympiaworld also names the online shop, the club site and the office. Olympiaworld is not the MatchVisit button. Hospitality in the VIP club stays separate. Tickets outside these club routes are not the official channel.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice seats depend on the fixture. For the Hartberg home match on 13 September 2026 at 14:30 the club named, on 7 September 2026, a 1+1 offer on full-price match tickets and a back-to-school offer with free entry up to age 18. Both offers apply at the Tivoli matchday desks and at the Wattens office. The school offer needs ID. That applies only to this home match, not every home match. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. A listed kick-off can still change. This is not Rapid, not Austria Wien, not LASK, not Salzburg and not FC Wacker Innsbruck.
