Access needs a validated account and a valid ticket. For the Sporting Charleroi home match on 13 September 2026 only the Essevee Shop window opens, from 17:00-18:30. The Tribune 2 and Tribune 3 windows stay closed on matchdays this season. The club does not validate accounts at that matchday window. Wheelchair seats and companion tickets are sold only in the Essevee Shop or by mail to ticketing@essevee.be. Elindus Arena stands at Zuiderlaan 17, 8790 Waregem. Waregem station is in walking distance. The bus stop is named Waregem Regenboogstadion. Drinks and snacks inside the ground are cashless. MatchVisit does not read inventory.

Official routes and other offers

Official routes are the info page essevee.be/nl/ticketing, the named shop svzw.roboticket.com and the Essevee Shop. Shop hours are Tuesday to Friday 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:30. The shop stays closed on Monday. Online stays open around the clock. That is not the ticket shop of KV Kortrijk, Club Brugge, RSC Anderlecht, Antwerp or Union SG. The Farm, Essevee Women and Jong Essevee have their own ticket routes. Hospitality and Ballroom Events are not the men's singles path. MatchVisit does not read inventory from these routes.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice seats depend on that home match. For Essevee against Sporting Charleroi on 13 September 2026 the club text keeps the sale open from Tuesday 1 September until kick-off. On Saturday 12 September 2026 the Essevee Shop opens extra from 10:00-12:00. Dates can still change. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check the live ticket page before you travel. The stadium remains Regenboogstadion, which the club calls Elindus Arena.
