Plan a visit to Cegeka Arena

KRC Genk gives the Cegeka Arena address as Stadionplein 4, 3600 Genk. The public stadium visit runs through GoalMine and is not a match ticket.

Club and GoalMine pages name Stadionplein 4, 3600 Genk. The Open Stadiontour starts at GoalMine. Check-in is 13.15 to 13.30. Group tours are by appointment via jon.hoste@krcgenk.be. The directions FAQ describes 2026/27 parking cards only for Blauw Wit members and names Thor Park as overflow for match visits. That is a matchday rule, not automatically a tour-day rule.

Group tours are by appointment, normally from 15 people, at least a week ahead. The Open Stadiontour sits on the first Saturday of most months. October 2026 is skipped because of matches. The next named open dates after 7 September 2026 are 7 November and 5 December. The tour is not a substitute for a match ticket.

The retrieved tour pages do not name a wheelchair route or a PRM guarantee. The ticket FAQ describes Blue Army On Wheels for match visits. That is not a promise of a fully accessible tour. Confirm individual needs with jon.hoste@krcgenk.be before booking.
