What to expect
KRC Genk links a public stadium visit through GoalMine from the club page of Cegeka Arena in Genk. Group tours run by appointment. An Open Stadiontour sits on the first Saturday of most months. It is not a match ticket.
Sourced elements
- The GoalMine page names, behind the scenes, lounges, boxes, the press room, the visitors' stand, the dugouts, a film in the private-area press hall, youth pitches, galleries, the covered hall and the fanshop. GoalMine follows. Training only if players are present and the sporting staff agrees. That is not a guarantee for every room on every slot.
- Guided group visits of Cegeka Arena run with a personal guide, normally from 15 people. The Open Stadiontour lasts about three hours according to the page, GoalMine first, then the arena.
Booking and arrival
- The public information page is goalmine.be/nl/goalmine-stadiontour. The club Cegeka Arena page links that same URL as Stadiontour. Groups should book at least a week ahead by mail to jon.hoste@krcgenk.be. The Open Stadiontour needs no reservation according to the page. MatchVisit does not publish amounts or remaining places.
- The tour does not run through tickets.krcgenk.be. That is the match-ticket shop, not the stadium visit. The button does not go to a gift checkout.
Stadium operations and matchdays
- The Open Stadiontour sits on the first Saturday of most months. On 7 September 2026 the 5 September date had already passed. October is skipped because of matches. The next named open dates are 7 November and 5 December. Meet at GoalMine. Check-in 13.15 to 13.30, start 13.30, arena walk from 14.20, end around 16.30. The order can change for operational reasons. Recheck the live page. That is not remaining stock.
- The address on the club and GoalMine pages is Stadionplein 4, 3600 Genk. The directions FAQ describes 2026/27 parking cards only for Blauw Wit members and names Thor Park as overflow for match visits. That is a matchday rule, not automatically a tour-day rule.
Accessibility and individual planning
- The retrieved tour pages do not name a wheelchair route or a PRM guarantee for the visit. The ticket FAQ describes Blue Army On Wheels for match visits, not automatically for tour slots. Do not claim a fully accessible tour. Questions go to jon.hoste@krcgenk.be.
