The ticket conditions name the Fanshop at Herculesplein 235 in Utrecht. The tour page allows parking on the stadium grounds for a fee. The club names free parking at Sportcomplex Zoudenbalch or nearby clubs, about a ten-minute walk. Bikes can be left on the grounds. A bus and a tram stop at the door. The form is a request, not a confirmed booking.

Tours run Monday to Friday at 10.00, 13.00, 14.00 or 15.00. On a matchday and the day before, the stadium stays closed to outside visitors. Book at least a week ahead. The tour is not a substitute for a match ticket.

The retrieved tour pages do not name a wheelchair route or a PRM guarantee. The club accessibility page describes a wheelchair stand and lift pass for match visits. That is not a promise of a fully accessible tour. Confirm individual needs on the club form before booking.
