Stadion Galgenwaard stadium tour, visit planning

Sourced elements

• The club page describes a look into the first-team dressing room, the referee room and historical objects with anecdotes. Children's groups visit the same places, with less history and more time for questions. That is not a guarantee for every room on every slot.
• A visit lasts about 45 to 60 minutes. It is offered in Dutch, English or German.

Booking and arrival

• The public information page is fcutrecht.nl/stadion/rondleidingen/. The form under aanmelden-rondleidingen is a request. The visit is confirmed only after the club's confirmation mail. Book at least a week ahead. The confirmation mail then includes a business payment request, according to the club. MatchVisit does not publish amounts or remaining places.
• The tour does not run through ticketing.fcutrecht.nl. That is the match-ticket shop, not the stadium visit.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• Slots are Monday to Friday at 10.00, 13.00, 14.00 or 15.00. On a matchday and the day before, the stadium stays closed to outside visitors. Recheck the live fixture list before you request a slot. That is not remaining stock.
• The Fanshop address in the ticket conditions is Herculesplein 235 in Utrecht. Drivers may park on the stadium grounds for a fee, according to the tour page. The club names free parking at Sportcomplex Zoudenbalch or nearby clubs, about a ten-minute walk. Bikes can be left on the grounds. A bus and a tram stop at the door.

Accessibility and individual planning

• The retrieved tour pages do not name a wheelchair route or a PRM guarantee for the visit. The club accessibility page describes a wheelchair stand and lift pass for match visits, not automatically for tour slots. Do not claim a fully accessible tour. Confirm needs on the club form.
