The Johan Cruijff ArenA gives the address as Johan Cruijff Boulevard 1, 1100DL Amsterdam.

Ajax says it is a five-minute walk from Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA to the entrance. Tours start in the main building at Entrance E, next to the Ajax fan shop and the ArenA Café.

The standard product is a self-guided classic tour. It is not a match ticket. Ajax states a window of seven days a week, 09:30 to 16:30, unless an event blocks tours. Dressing rooms can be closed on matchdays, including when Ajax play away. The Matchday Tour is only possible with an Ajax match ticket for the same day. Bags larger than A4 are not allowed, and there is no luggage service in the stadium.

The ArenA describes lifts, escalators and ramps. Wheelchair users should email tour@johancruijffarena.nl beforehand. Guided tours use escalators and stairs. There is no wheelchair loan. Prams are not allowed.
