Address given by the club: Avenida de Suecia s/n, 46010 Valencia. Getting there according to the club: bus 10, 32, 71, 80. Metro line 5 Aragón and line 3 Facultats. The tour ticket office opens, according to the shop, 15 minutes before the first tour until 14:00, then from 15:00 until the last tour.

According to the shop, the tour stays closed on match days. The club page publishes September 2026 slots on weekday mornings and afternoons, extra Saturday afternoon slots, and Sunday mornings only in this block. Slots can still change for sporting or organisational reasons. The Nou Mestalla Experience Center is not a substitute for this stadium visit.

The club says the tour is not fully accessible. A different visit is offered with hydraulic pitch access, home dressing room, chapel, mixed zone, Mestalla Per Sempre, fan balcony and Records Blanquinegres, with prior booking.
