Booking and arrival

• The public information page is valenciacf.com/mestalla-forever-tour. Tickets are sold on the club shop entradastourmestalla.valenciacf.com. Groups from 20 people email tourmestalla@dtaocioyturismo.com. The school educational visit and the gift card are different products. The Nou Mestalla Experience Center is not a substitute for this stadium visit.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• According to the shop, the tour stays closed on match days. The club page publishes September 2026 slots on weekday mornings at 10:30, 11:00, 11:45, 12:15 and 13:00, and afternoons at 15:45, 16:30 and 17:15. Saturday adds 17:00 and 18:00. Sunday mornings only in this block. On 29 and 30 September 2026 the VIP box and trophies are skipped for the whole day or the morning. Slots can still change for sporting or organisational reasons.
• The address given by the club is Avenida de Suecia s/n, 46010 Valencia. Getting there according to the club is bus 10, 32, 71, 80 and metro line 5 Aragón and line 3 Facultats. The tour ticket office opens, according to the shop, 15 minutes before the first tour until 14:00, then from 15:00 until the last tour.

Accessibility and individual planning

• The club says the tour is not fully accessible. A different visit is offered with hydraulic pitch access, home dressing room, chapel, mixed zone, Mestalla Per Sempre, fan balcony and Records Blanquinegres, with prior booking. Wheelchair users should email tourmestalla@dtaocioyturismo.com before visiting.
