Plan a visit to New Balance Arena

Atalanta gives the New Balance Arena address as Viale Giulio Cesare 16, 24122 Bergamo. Tour New Balance Arena is a guided stadium visit, not a match ticket.

The booking page gives the address as Viale Giulio Cesare 16, 24122 Bergamo. Meet 15 minutes before the booked slot at the Atalanta Store inside the stadium. Entrance is Gate 10. The booking page recommends the covered ATB Parking Stadio. Parking is not part of the tour. The directions page names ATB bus line 9 for matchdays. Two hours before a match and half an hour after it, the club says the stadium can only be reached by public transport. That is a matchday rule, not automatically a tour-day rule.

The club hub lists Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from September to December 2026. Fridays have two tours (15:00 and 16:30). Saturdays have five tours (10:00, 11:30, 13:00, 15:00 and 16:30). Sundays have four tours (10:00, 11:30, 15:00 and 16:30). Each tour is limited to 30 participants. Use the official calendar. The tour is not a substitute for a match ticket.

The retrieved tour pages do not name a wheelchair route or a PRM guarantee. That is not a promise of a fully accessible route. Confirm individual needs with the club at event@atalanta.it before booking.
