What to expect
Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio currently sells a public product called Tour New Balance Arena. It is a guided stadium visit, not a match ticket. The catalog stadium name remains New Balance Arena. The club has used that name since 25 September 2025. Gewiss Stadium was the former naming-rights name from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2025.

- The club hub describes the dressing room and the pitch as part of the visit. The official booking page names the route in more detail.
- Named stops are the outdoor walk along Curva Sud Morosini, Gate 10, the TV compound, press conference room, TV studio, mixed zone, Atalanta dressing-room tunnel, Atalanta dressing room set up as on a matchday, the tunnel towards the pitch, the technical area and benches, the Legends Club hospitality lounge and the Atalanta Store. That is not a guarantee for every room on every slot. The club hub limits each tour to 30 participants.
Booking and arrival
- The public information page is atalanta.it/tour-stadio. The English twin is en.atalanta.it/stadium-tour. Tickets are sold on the club booking site book.atalanta.it. The club hub sends visitors there for amounts and free slots. MatchVisit does not publish amounts or remaining places.
- According to the booking page, bookings cannot be changed to another date or time and are non-refundable. Video and audio recording is forbidden. Pets are not admitted. Booking questions go to event@atalanta.it. The tour does not run through atalanta.vivaticket.it. That is the match-ticket shop, not the stadium visit.
Stadium operations and matchdays
- The club hub lists Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from September to December 2026. Fridays have two slots (15:00 and 16:30). Saturdays have five slots (10:00, 11:30, 13:00, 15:00 and 16:30). Sundays have four slots (10:00, 11:30, 15:00 and 16:30). The month grid printed on 7 September 2026 named 4 to 6 September, 18 to 20 September, 25 to 27 September, 2 to 4 October, 13 to 15 November, and 28 to 30 December. Recheck the live table on the club hub. That is not remaining stock.
- The address on the booking page is Viale Giulio Cesare 16, 24122 Bergamo. Meet 15 minutes before the slot at the Atalanta Store inside the stadium. Entrance is Gate 10. The booking page recommends the covered ATB Parking Stadio. Parking is not part of the tour. The two-hour matchday restricted-traffic rule on the directions page is a matchday rule, not automatically a tour-day rule.

- The retrieved tour pages do not name a wheelchair route or a PRM guarantee. Do not claim one. Questions go to the club at event@atalanta.it.
