The closest Metrolink stop is Old Trafford, a five-minute walk and wheelchair accessible according to the club. Imperial War Museum and Wharfside on the Trafford Park line are a short walk. Buses and trains are also listed. Plan the journey with Transport for Greater Manchester. On matchdays, car parks E1 and E2 are reached only via Wharfside Way with the relevant permit. On non-matchdays, visitors are told to use E2. The tour and museum are closed on home matchdays.

Bags must be no larger than 20 cm x 15 cm x 5 cm, described as a small handbag. Larger bags are not allowed onto the stadium footprint, except essential medical or baby-changing items. Bag drops sit outside the footprint. If you need one, the club says to arrive two hours before kick-off. Prams are not permitted. Anyone under 14 must be with someone aged 16 or over. Old Trafford is a no-smoking stadium, including e-cigarettes.
