Old Trafford Stadium Tour, visit planning

Sourced elements

• According to the official page, museum access is included in the booking. The museum spans three levels.
• Depending on stadium operations, the described tour visits areas including seating, the players' dressing room, tunnel, pitchside and press room. The page presents these as possible elements, not an unchanging guarantee.
• The official FAQ gives an approximate tour duration of 70 minutes and recommends allowing additional time for the three museum levels.

Booking and arrival

• Arrive at least 20 minutes before the tour at the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand reception. Because of security checks and possible queues, the club recommends arriving 30 to 60 minutes early.
• For a tour booked from 3 pm onwards, the FAQ says you must visit the museum first because it may be closed after the tour. Recheck the guidance for your visit.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• The tour and museum are closed on home matchdays. Visits may be rearranged or cancelled because of fixture changes or other stadium activity.
• Manchester United advises against booking non-refundable travel or accommodation until the fixtures around your visit date are confirmed.

Accessibility and individual planning

• If you have access requirements, contact the club at least 48 hours in advance. The FAQ also mentions a flat route, BSL support and multimedia guides as possible assistance after prior discussion.
• The regular route includes 177 steps according to the FAQ. Clarify in advance which route and assistance are suitable for you.
